pairing food with every sparkling wine or pairing sparkling wine with every food can be a very poor and misleading concept. however, when it comes to NYE’s dinner, and generally speaking, food is always the star and a careful selection of the best seafood, fish, meat, and vegetables is made. plus, nobody wants to finish the year with anordinary and regular meal. thats’s why it’s so common to see enormous, diverse and tasty tables around the globe! it’s also common to see bottles of sparkling wine dancing around the table, filling bright glasses, while people are becoming happier and happier! that’s it, sparkling wine turns meals into a more sophisticated, pleasant and funnier moment.
