Yes we have. We think our jewelry is to be used so we can repair it. This is subject to charge.

You can ask us but the main answer will be "Sorry, no! It will be messy for our stocks!"

You can ask us but the main answer will be "Sorry, no! But we bet you will love our collection!"
I WANT TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN, is that possible?
Ohhhhh! But don't worry, we accept it. You have 14 days to give up. You can exchange or return. We will refund you, except the shipping costs.
WHAT I HAVE TO DO TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
First, think again! Second (if you still want it), complete these steps:
. Prepare the invoice or a paper with your name and order number.
. Make sure that the jewelry is packed in our pink boxes.
. (outside European Union) At the post offices, clarify on the customs declaration on the outside of the package that it is a return and value is 0 euros (if you don’t do this we may never receive the package and can not make the refund).
. Return your order to us, we recommend you use a tracking option (we don't are responsible for lost items).
. After we receive it, wait 7 days to your return is refund.
. Your returned items must arrive at our office it was ordered from no later than 14 days after your delivery date.

What shipment OPTION you recommend?
We highly recommend tracked options (MRW; Fedex; DHL). We recommend this delivery service providers as the quickests and most reliable.
You can choose the low cost shipping option, but please be patient. It involves the Portugal postal service as well as the postal service in the destination country. It can take more time and no tracking option in real time.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?
We are not responsible for any taxes or duties that may be incurred on International orders.
AND IF I REFUSE TO PICK-UP or ACCEPT THE ORDER?
If you choose to refuse your shipments, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our portuguese address. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Please send us an email, all our process is hand made and sometimes we don't control little mistakes. We will happily replace a damaged item or re-ship you an item if you received something incorrectly upon arrival.
MY ITEM IS LOST IN THE MAIL, WHAT DO I DO?
We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. You are also not responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address. Please email us immediately if you enter information incorrectly, we will update your order if it has not been shipped yet.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE WAS RETURNED TO SENDER?
If your package is returned to CINCO you will be responsible for paying for the package to be sent again.
