CINCO jewelery is made of .925 sterling silver. But we can make all of our designs in 19.2k gold for special order. You can request here.
WILL THE GOLD COLOUR LAST FOREVER & EVER?
Sorry, but no, silver 925 only has a gold bath. The pieces have a treatment that will fade because of the contact with skin, clothes, surfaces, household products, perfume, hairspray, and many others.

I WANT TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN, is that possible?
Ohhhhh! But don't worry, we accept it. You have 14 days to give up. You can exchange or return. We will refund you, except the shipping costs.
WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
First, think again! Second (if you still want it), complete these steps:
. Prepare the invoice or a paper with your name and order number.
. Make sure that the jewelry is packed in our pink boxes.
. (outside European Union) At the post offices, clarify on the customs declaration on the outside of the package that it is a return and value is 0 euros (if you don’t do this we may never receive the package and can not make the refund).
. To return your order to us, we recommend you use a tracking option (we are not responsible for lost items).
. After we receive it, wait 7 days to receive your refund.
. The returned items must arrive at our office within 14 days of receipt.

What shipment OPTION DO you recommend?
We highly recommend tracked options (MRW; Fedex; DHL). We recommend this delivery service providers as the quickests and most reliable.
You can choose the low cost shipping option, but please be patient. It involves the Portugal postal service as well as the postal service in the destination country. It can take more time and no tracking option in real time.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?
We are not responsible for any taxes or duties that may be incurred on International orders. However, no charges or customs will be applied to orders delivered to countries within the European Union.
AND IF I REFUSE TO PICK-UP or ACCEPT THE ORDER?
If you choose to refuse your order package, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our portuguese address. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Please send us an email, all our process is hand made and sometimes we don't control little mistakes. We will happily replace a damaged item or re-ship you an item if you received something incorrectly upon arrival.
MY ITEM IS LOST IN THE MAIL, WHAT DO I DO?
We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. You are also not responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address. Please email us immediately if you enter information incorrectly, we will update your order if it has not been shipped yet.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE WAS RETURNED TO SENDER?
If your package is returned to CINCO you will be responsible for paying for the package to be sent again.
