RETURNS + EXCHANGES

All returns and claims must be authorized by CINCO STORE by email within 14 days after receiving the items. You may receive refund or a store credit of your purchase price before shipping costs once the item has been returned in its original condition. Any used or altered merchandise will not be accepted. We are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail, customs, so please collect your tracking information and insure the package for good measure. In extra europa please be sure you declare RETURN FOR GOODS - free of cost. Always send your invoice and order number with the return.

After we receive the items, allow 1-7 business days for refund to post.

CANCELING ORDER BEFORE SHIPPING

You may cancel any order, provided it has not yet been shipped. Just send us a email and the cancellation will be free of charge. If cancellation was not possible, the products will be delivered to you, which you will need to refuse upon receipt. The products will be returned to us and your money will be refunded (only when we receive them).
