SHIPPING + HANDLING
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted in the color description (please note if you are buying something in pre-order). If you purchase multiple items and one is noted as pre-order, all items will ship together at the later date. You may request multiple shipments in this scenario to receive your other items sooner by contacting email@example.com
The shipping costs are:
- Portugal: registered orders with tracking option - 3,50€
- Europe: registered orders no tracking option - 4,50€
- Europe (*): express delivery with tracking option - 8,50€ to 15,50€
- Worldwide: registered orders no tracking option - 5€
- Worldwide (*): express delivery with tracking option - 25€
* the express delivery is only available in some countries: EUA, Australia, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, France, Ireland, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Finland, Slovenia, Sweden, Poland, Czech Republic, Monaco, Luxembourg, Austria, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary.

Once your order has been processed you will receive a tracking number and details via email. The average transit times are as follows (please consider extra time from your customs check and don't forget if you choose a article in pre-order, this time is only after shipment):
- Portugal: 1-3 working days
- Europe: 7-15 working days
- Europe express (via UPS or Chronopost): 1-5 working days
- Worldwide: 10-25 working days
- Worldwide express (via UPS or Chronopost): 1-5 working days
We are based in Portugal (Europe), so please note that the customer is responsible for payment of any extra duties, import charges or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery.
Please double check all personal and postage details when completing as CINCO does not take responsibility for missing packages (phone number, correct email, door number, ...). We may not accepted deliver to PO.
