SHIPPING + HANDLING

Your order will be dispatched within 1 business day unless you are buying something in pre-order. In that case, we will hold the other items so we can send the complete order together. You may request multiple shipments in this scenario to receive your other items sooner by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org

Once your order has been processed you will receive a tracking number and details via email. The average transit times are as follows (please consider extra time for your customs check and don't forget that if you choose an article in pre-order, this time frame starts only after shipment):
Portugal (via MRW or CTT): 1-2 working days
Europe express (via MRW or FEDEX or DHL): 1-3 working days
Worldwide express (via FEDEX or DHL): 1-5 working days
Delivery is made Monday to Friday at working hours. If you are not at home we recommend an alternative adress. If you choose to refuse your order package, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our portuguese address. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. If the costs are bigger than the cost of merchandise your order will be abandoned.
We are based in Portugal (Europe), so please note that the customer is responsible for payment of any extra duties, customs, import charges or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery. No charges or customs will be applied to orders delivered to countries within the European Union.
Please double check all personal and postage details when completing your order as CINCO does not take responsibility for missing packages (phone number, correct email, door number, ...). We may not accepted deliver to PO.
If you choose to have your order delivered without a tracking option, please be aware that CINCO accepts no liability for not received parcels. We strongly recommend you chose a trackable delivery option (MRW, FEDEX or DHL).
