This page contains the terms & conditions for shopping at CINCO. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering any products from us. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

By placing an order at CINCO, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents' permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at CINCO for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.

Pricing and Title

We make every effort to ensure that the pricing displayed on our website is correct. However, we reserve the right to alter all product pricing without notice.



Every order we receive is subject to availability. We reserve the right to ship products at a later date if the product ordered is not in stock at the time of purchase. In this situation you will be contacted and offered a full refund instead of the delivery of the product. 

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted in the description (please note if you are buying something in pre-order). If you purchase multiple items and one is noted as pre-order, all items will be shipped together at the later date. You may request multiple shipments in this scenario to receive your other items sooner by contacting info@cinco-store.com



Once your order has been processed you will receive a tracking number and details via email. The average transit times are as follows (please consider extra time from your customs check and don't forget that if you choose an article in pre-order, this time frame starts only after shipment):

  • Portugal: 1-2 working days  

  • Europe: 7-15 working days

  • Europe express: 1-3 working days

  • Worldwide: 10-25 working days

  • Worldwide express: 1-5 working days (in remote areas in can take a little bit more)

We are based in Portugal (Europe), so please note that the customer is responsible for payment of any extra duties, customs, import charges or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery. No charges or customs will be applied to orders delivered to countries within the European Union.


Refused Shipments

If you choose to refuse your order package, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our portuguese address. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.


Customer Complaints

We endeavour to respond to all customer complaints or queries within five working days.


Force Majeure

Events outside CINCO's control, which are not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force major, meaning that CINCO is released from CINCO's obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. An example of such events is government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.



All products remain CINCO's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from CINCO.

All transfers conducted through CINCO are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions of the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.


Local Taxes

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer’s own expense.



CINCO uses cookies according to the new Electronic Communications Act, which came into force on 25 July 2003. A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer that contains information that helps the website to identify and track the visitor. Cookies do no harm to your computer, consist only of text, can not contain viruses and occupies virtually no space on your hard drive. There are two types of cookies: "Session Cookies" and cookies that are saved permanently on your computer.

The first type of cookie commonly used is "Session Cookies". During the time you visit the website, our web server assigns your browser a unique identifier string so as not to confuse you with other visitors. A "Session Cookie" is never stored permanently on your computer and disappears when you close your browser. To use CINCO without troubles you need to have cookies enabled.

The second type of cookie saves a file permanently on your computer. This type of cookie is used to track how visitors move around on the website. This is only used to offer visitors better services and support. The text files can be deleted. On CINCO we use this type of cookie to keep track of your shopping cart and to keep statistics of our visitors. The information stored on your computer is only a unique number, without any connection to personal information.


Additional Information

CINCO reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. In the event that a product is sold out, CINCO has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. CINCO shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

All returns and claims must be authorized by CINCO STORE by email. Your returned items must arrive at our office within 14 days of receipt.



CINCO holds the right to cancel and refund any order(s) that are suspected to be made in a fraudulent or otherwise harmful way in order to secure the safety of our consumers’ transactions via our online services.
CINCO reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site and/or forward information on transactions to authorities or payment provider. Individuals violating the restriction of password protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.

Nos termos do Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014, de 14 de fevereiro, aplicável aos contratos celebrados à distância, tem o direito de resolver livremente um novo contrato, sem indicar motivo, no prazo de 14 dias de calendário contados a partir da data de celebração do mesmo ou à de receção da primeira revista. Se quiser, pode descarregar, preencher e enviar, através do seu e-mail ou dos correios, o exemplo de formulário que disponibilizamos abaixo. Inclua o número de associado.  

No caso de cancelar a subscrição no prazo acima indicado, ser-lhe-ão devolvidos pelo mesmo modo por que os efetuou, todos os pagamentos que tenha realizado, o mais tardar 14 dias depois de termos recebido a sua comunicação.


Resolução do contrato: passo a passo

  1. Descarregue o modelo de formulário abaixo.

  2. Preencha com os seus dados (nome, morada completa e número de encomenda).

  3. Indique a data de celebração do contrato e a data em que recebeu a confirmação do contrato.

  4. Assine o documento.

  5. Envie o pedido:
